Are sellers verified before they can use the middleman?
No. The seller role on our Discord is open to the community, so anyone can post listings. The middleman doesn't care who's selling — it just holds the buyer's funds safely until delivery is confirmed. This is exactly why you need to use it: it's the only thing standing between you and a scammer.
What if the seller doesn't deliver?
Funds stay in escrow until you confirm. If the seller fails to deliver, you get a full refund automatically. No paperwork, no support tickets — the bot handles it.
What if I get scammed without using the middleman?
We will be honest with you: without middleman, we cannot recover your funds. You can report the seller to Auditz and they'll be banned across our network so they can't scam anyone else — but the money is gone. The middleman exists exactly to prevent this. Please use it on every trade, every time.
What if the buyer claims they didn't receive the goods?
Disputes are routed through our Auditz support team. Proof of delivery (screenshots, logs, signed messages) is reviewed and a decision is made — sellers with proof keep their funds.
Is the middleman service required?
Technically optional, practically essential. If you choose to skip it and a seller scams you, that loss is on you — we cannot recover non-MM funds. There is no good reason to skip 0%-fee automatic escrow. Always use it.
