Refund Policy

How refunds and disputes work on middleman-protected and non-MM trades.

Middleman-protected trades

For trades that use the Exon automatic middleman: funds are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. If the seller does not deliver within the agreed window, the buyer receives a full refund automatically.

Non-MM trades

Trades that skip the middleman are at your own risk. Ligit Mp cannot guarantee refunds for non-MM trades. We strongly recommend always using the middleman.

Disputes

File disputes via Auditz with screenshots, transaction IDs, and the relevant ticket reference. Confirmed scams are flagged across the ecosystem.

Slot rentals & Ligitplus plans

Slot rentals and Ligitplus plans are non-refundable mid-cycle. If a service issue prevents you from using the service, contact Jack or Damon.
