1. Overview
Ligit Mp (https://ligitshop.in) is a digital goods marketplace. We provide infrastructure — listings, middleman, reputation, dispute resolution — but we are not party to any individual sale between buyer and seller.
2. Marketplace rules
- No selling of stolen goods, accounts obtained via phishing, or fraudulent items.
- No selling of items that violate the originating provider's terms of service where doing so would expose buyers to legal or account-termination risk without disclosure.
- Sellers must honor listed prices, delivery times, and warranty terms.
- Buyers must pay promptly and confirm delivery in good faith.
3. Middleman
The Exon middleman is offered as-is. While we maintain it to the highest reliability we can, Ligit Mp is not liable for losses caused by buyer or seller fraud, chargebacks on non-crypto payments, or external service outages.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Scamming, social engineering, or impersonation.
- Off-platform deals to evade fees or middleman protection.
- Spam, harassment, or doxxing of other members.
5. Account termination
Confirmed scammers are banned from Ligit, Exon, Credx, and our Telegram network. Bans are permanent.
