Credx Explained: How Public Vouches Actually Work
What Credx is
A Discord bot that issues public, signed vouches per completed trade. Sellers earn vouches; buyers check vouch profiles before dealing.
Why it matters
Without public reputation, every trade is blind trust. With it, you can spot patterns — consistent sellers, sudden vouch drops, no recent activity.
The recency rule
A seller with 500 vouches but none in the last 3 months is colder than one with 80 vouches in the last 30 days. Recency = the seller is still active, still trustworthy, still around to honor warranties.
How to read a profile
Total vouches: minimum 30-50 for serious trades. Vouches in the last 7 days: at least one. Negative reports: zero. Auditz flags: never deal.
How vouches get issued
After a completed Ligit trade, the buyer runs the Credx vouch command in the public channel. It's logged forever and shows on the seller's profile.
